Computational Modelling and Molecular Design

Rational design of bioactive compounds: preparation and filtering of chemical libraries, virtual screening, molecular docking, pharmacophore modelling and machine-learning approaches.

Hit-to-Lead and Lead Optimization: prioritization of molecules by binding affinity, selectivity, chemical diversity, availability and physicochemical properties, followed by selection of a focused set of compounds for experimental testing.

Custom synthesis

Custom Synthesis of Chemical Reagents

We develop synthetic routes and prepare specialized, rare or commercially unavailable chemical compounds to the partner’s specifications. Our work includes optimization of reaction conditions, purification and structural confirmation of the products. Each synthesized compound is supplied with a certificate of analysis, purity data and results from the relevant quality-control methods.

Chemical Library

Screening Our In-House Compound Collection

We provide access to a collection of synthesized small molecules for primary biological screening against a broad range of molecular targets.

The collection supports the discovery of compounds with potential antibacterial, antifungal and anticancer activity for further investigation.

Fluorescent Probes and Fluorescence-Based Analytical Methods

  • Analytical detection and measurement: development of sensitive fluorescent probes for the analysis of proteins, nucleic acids and biological samples.
  • Assays and diagnostics: fluorescence-based methods and assay systems for detecting and quantifying target substances. Potential applications include product quality control and monitoring of biological markers.

Phytotherapy

Integrated Phytotherapy and Chemical Standardization Platform

Comprehensive characterization of medicinal plant materials and extracts, including chemical profiling, identification of active constituents, standardization and formulation development based on natural compounds. Artificial intelligence is used to predict biological activity and identify the most promising combinations of plant-derived constituents.
