Quinazolines

Quinazolines is another known class of RTK inhibitors that is widely represented in the department chemical collection. We investigated the relationship between the substituents at various positions quinazoline with inhibition FGFR1 activity. The most active compound had an IC₅₀ of 0.1 µM.
