Oxindoles

Oxindoles are known class of inhibitors of RTK, including FGFR1. We perform searching of FGFR1 inhibitors among available in department collection oxindole compounds. The result has found several active oxindole inhibitors. Based on the oxindole structure search of compounds with similar heterocycles was performed. It found A new class of FGFR1 inhibitors was found, at this time activity of this class optimazed.
