Phenylbenzisoxazoles and aminopyrimidines

Phenylbenzisoxazoles and aminopyrimidines were also found from virtual screening. Search for analogues of these inhibitors reveal the most active compounds with an IC₅₀ of 5 and 4 mM, respectively. These compounds serve as starting points for further optimization.
